Jasna is responsible for project management of the TOD-IS-RUR project. As a cultural geographer and urban planner, she is interested in geographies of mentalities and how societies create knowledge.

She received a PhD from the Department of Cultural Geography, Uppsala University, Sweden, and a MSc in Human Geography and Planning from Utrecht University. Prior to joining TOD-IS-RUR in February 2021 she has been a visiting scholar at the University of Barcelona and the Urban Studies Institute, University of Antwerp. She is also a postdoctoral fellow at the History Department of the University of Antwerpen. Aside her academic work, she is specialising in developmental editing.

She is currently managing two Marie Curie International Training Networks at the University of Antwerp: TOD-IS-RUR and SOLiDi.
